Philly firm Onion Flats plans largest net-zero mixed-use development

Philadelphia may be the first city to be developing a net zero mixed use development. Onion Flats began in 1997 when Tim and Pat Macdonald purchased a five story, 200 year old building in the Old City section in Philadelphia. The design of Onion Flats is based on classic Philadelphia architecture, with a sustainable goal. View full article here.
